As a medical resident who want to have a stable job for you and your family, you need to step out of your comfort zone. Do not put any limitation on yourself with regard to your performance, the place and the type of company you are most willing to work with.
You need to step out from all your limitations and comfort zones that are hinder your medical resident job success. Be more motivated and inspired in searching for the job that you have ever dreamed of.

One of the important factors that is considered by medical residents searching for a job is on the location of the company they will work with. In most cases, some people refuse to accept some job opportunities since these are located far from their family or residence.
If you really want to be successful and progressive in your medical resident career, then avoid putting emphasis on the location of the company. The location of the company is not a hindrance. This will surely give you a wider community wherein you can interact with other people.
Consider Your Surroundings
Of course, you need to ask yourself as on what field of practice your skills, personality and capabilities are suited for. You may be assigned to different areas in the company you are hired. This will still depend on your qualifications. This is the reason why you need to undergo personality profiling wherein you will be choosing a position that is right for you.

Since you are a new worker, you need to start with the simplest job possible. With today’s need of most families, it is best if look for a job that lets you give them their adequate needs.
