Lysette Ruiz -Director of Physician Recruitment & Owner
Lysette Ruiz is President and co-founder of MedMark LLC since 2006 . Lysette joined MedMark in November 2002 a recruiter and was later promoted to Director of Physician Recruitment. Her vision is to make MedMark the national leader in physician recruitment. She has been instrumental in the growth of the company through her hands on approach and recruitment across several disciplines. Prior to joining MedMark, she had an extensive recruiting background in the Technical Industry for over 15 years. Her personalized approach and proven track record has cultivated many strong business alliances across a vast network of healthcare systems and private practice groups.
Lysette as Director of Physician Recruitment as led Medmark to have successful relationships with different types of practices throughout the country. Her leadership has lead relationships with single site physician groups to the largest Hospital Owned groups across the country.
Lysette is originally from Queens, New York and currently lives in Coral Springs, Florida with her family. In her free time she enjoys being outdoors, running, skiing and the lifestyle of the Sunshine State. She earned her degree in Business Administration in Marketing from Queensborough Community College.
David McGinnis – Director of Marketing
David McGinnis has come to Medmark with experience in marketing from his own company Bizecs LLC along with a unique look at staffing with his experience at Medmark as a recruiter. The combination of online marketing with his experience as a recruiter has helped Medmark expand since his arrival.
David graduated from the University of Florida.
